JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager




JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer Success Managers are responsible for understanding the voice-of-the-customer and designing and executing a remarkable experience that exceeds expectations throughout each customer's journey with One Inc.


JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Brian) am the VP of Customer Success at One Inc, so this position would be one of my five team members. We fit within the Sales Organization at One Inc, which reports to our Chief Sales Officer, Kevin Ostrander.
