JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager
LOCATION: Remote in Americas
JOB DESCRIPTION: A customer success manager that will be responsible for building strong customer relationships with executives, driving production adoption and use case optimization via best practice advice, training and change management consulting.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Jaime) am the SVP of Customer Success at Aurea, so this position would be one of my team members. We fit within the Customer Operations Organization at Aurea, which reports to Barry Fougere. It is an exciting time to be working at Aurea as we are transforming our approach to customer success (TAM to CSM) and I look forward to adding a few more great team members to the team!
