JOB TITLE: Director Customer Success Solutions
LOCATION: Alpharetta, GA (Corporate Office)
JOB DESCRIPTION: . As a member of the Commercial Business Unit, the Director of Customer Success Solutions is responsible for ensuring our customers – including but not limited to employees, clients, and delivery teams – identify opportunities for MarketSource to provide Customer Success as a Service, build the most relevant CS operations model, provide training, inspect CS technology adoption, and oversee the delivery of our CS services.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I am the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager who will work with the Hiring Manager (Ben Simms-also a member here) to find great talent for this role.
