Hi All,

On the recent excellent "Rolling Out Your First VOC Program" webinar with @Andrew Marks and the team at SuccessHacker with great guests and friends @David Ellin, @Steve Bernstein & Melinda Gonzalez I posed a question around the ownership of the VOC program, and whether to do it properly it needed a dedicated role.

I have decided to create this role at Cision and wondered if anyone had a job description I could "borrow"? I am thinking the role would be something like Voice of Customer Program Manager.

    Wish I was in the UK cause this role is highly interesting to me! I'll have to get caught up with the webinar since it's always great to hear your perspective.
