JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager

 

LOCATION: Remote

 

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a Director of Enterprise Customer Success you will be critical in designing and executing a world-class customer journey to drive increasing value into our Enterprise line of business. This role will fine tune and iterate processes around our white-glove customer experience, hire and expand on our national team as well as partner cross functionally with key executive leaders.
 

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Laura) and a Sr Manager of Recruiting at Gong and am currently leading this search in partnership with our VP of Customer Success.
