JOB TITLE: Implementation Manager


JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager who will project manage our customers through the launch process from planning and migration to deployment. This includes new customers buying new products as well as new products purchased by existing customers. We're looking for a resourceful, collaborative and service-oriented individual to join our hard-working team at Hayes Software Systems. You will rally the team by aligning internal and external stakeholders around key deliverables needed to ensure an on-time customer launch (e.g. third-party system integrations, product installation, single-sign-on configuration, data conversion custom reports). This position fits within the Customer Experience Department and reports directly to the CX Executive Director.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Jordan Olivero) am the Executive Director of Customer Experience at Hayes Software Systems, so this position would be one of my team members. CX reports to the COO which reports to the CEO.
