JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager
LOCATION: Bannockburn, IL or Chicago, IL
JOB DESCRIPTION: CSM managing our multi-location, enterprise customers. This includes providing a white-glove experience through Onboarding, working to help customers achieve desired outcomes, and assisting the AE team with account expansion.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: This position would report directly to me (Emily Campos) and plays a critical role in managing a high-visibility customer segment. We are experiencing rapid growth and it's an exciting opportunity if you like building and testing new processes!
