JOB TITLE: Customer Experience Operations Analyst


JOB DESCRIPTION: The Customer Experience Operations Analyst will partner closely with leaders driving the customer experience to deliver transformative business solutions to improve quality of service and increase efficiencies. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, execution, and operational excellence. You have a deep desire to understand the "whys" of data and you have an innate curiosity and ability to problem solve with a solutions-oriented approach that drives business outcomes. . 

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I am the SVP of CS Operations at Higher Logic, so this position would be one of my team members. We fit within the Customer Experience Organization at Higher Logic, which reports to @Jay Nathan. It is an exciting time to be working at Higher Logic and I look forward to adding a new and wonderful member to the Orange Army!
