Customer Success Manager - Remote - Autohost


JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager
LOCATION: Remote (North America)
JOB DESCRIPTION: As the CSM, you'll be the point person for Autohost's clients. You will be partnering with them at the tail end of the sales process throughout the entire lifecycle.
You'll be constantly working to help understand their needs, maximize value, and and make sure they become evangelists of Autohost. We are a client first company and we live by our clients and truly believe in being the best vendor they've ever worked with.
You'll also work closely with our marketing/product teams to help align our roadmap and marketing materials with customer feedback. We want someone who is passionate about our product and is looking for the freedom to exercise their own ideas.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I lead CS at Autohost and this position reports to me along with one of the cofounders.
