JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager 

LOCATION: London, United Kingdom

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Customer Success Manager's primary responsibilities are to take ownership of a portfolio of Conga's enterprise customers, commit to their success, and relentlessly work to remove barriers to adoption both within their organization and cross-functionally within Conga.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: You would be joining our EMEA CS team, which I am currently part of as an Enterprise CSM. You would be reporting to my manager.
