JOB TITLE: Client Success Manager / Account Manager

LOCATION: US based Remote or Lincoln, NE


Partner with our clients to deliver predictable outcomes and growth for their business by:
  • Providing insights to clients to ensure that they get the most out of the ProtuesEngage platform.
  • Drive retention and growth among our clients by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new clients, the training of platform end users, as well as post-go-live relationship management.
  • Collaborate with the team to set up or configure our software platform as per customers' requirements.
  • Contribute to the training materials library.
  • Travel less than 10% of the time.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: This role reports to the Director of Customer Success at ProteusEngage, so this position would be part of the CS team.
