JOB TITLES: Customer Success Managers: Technical, nontechnical, midmarket, and enterprise and support engineers

LOCATION: Remote - always

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Account Managers
hold the relationship with the customer, run QBRs, and manage the commercial elements of the account
Customer Success Managers partner with an AM for every account and dig into the technical elements of their implementation and long-term adoption
Support Engineers are deep into the code, ID'ing and triaging bugs, solving pain points, and keep us sailing smoothly.
