LOCATION: Charlotte, NC (but may be room to negotiate remote)
JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Senior Service Design Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating current operational processes and implementing high impact strategic change initiatives. You will be expected to solve operational problems and drive process re-engineering and technological innovation.
