JOB TITLE: VP, Partnerships

LOCATION: New York

JOB DESCRIPTION: DonorsChoose is seeking a strategic, collaborative Vice President of Partnerships to lead its Partnership Management (PM) team. This leader will develop and execute strategies to guide the PM team to achieve its revenue goals through thoughtfully crafted ongoing relationships with corporate and philanthropic partners. The Vice President will report directly to the Chief Revenue & Marketing Officer, and manage eight direct reports on the PM team.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of leading and growing partnerships, managing a high performing team, and developing strategies to drive growth and innovation. In concert with the CEO, CMO, and PM team, this VP will design and execute a partnership management plan to secure funding towards DonorsChoose's annual partnerships goal of $60 million.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I'm the Chief Revenue & Marketing Officer at DonorsChoose, so this position would be one of my team members. This person would be a senior leader on our Marketing & Partnerships Team.
