JOB TITLE: Customer Success Coordinator – Part time

LOCATION: Remote with visits into the office for training and meetings

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Customer Success Coordinator will proactively encourage, support and promote our Training Services offerings to interested clients. The position serves as a point of contact for learning questions. Communication is primarily online with occasional phone interaction. The goals of the position are to improve yield of prospective students, expand revenue per student, increase customer satisfaction and amplify student feedback. The ideal candidate sees potential in an ambiguous situation and does not wait to be told what to do. They are comfortable making suggestions and managing change.  For the right person, this position could grow to full-time with more responsibility
