JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager 

LOCATION: Remote or San Francisco 

JOB DESCRIPTION: We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to partner with our mid-market and high-value customers to demonstrate and deliver full value from our suite of solutions. As a CSM, you'll work directly with customers to develop strong relationships, understand their business needs, and develop short-term and long-term strategies to set them up for success with Paubox. We take pride in taking care of our customers.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Paul) am an Enterprise CSM, so I'll work side-by-side with this position. Our CS org has 3 pillars, Support, Implementation, and Account Management/Success. This role will focus on the AM/CS pillar which has a set list of customers which it will own
