JOB TITLE: Sr. Account Manager


JOB DESCRIPTION: We are searching for a dynamic Senior Account Manager who will be responsible for building strong relationships to ensure an exceptional customer experience and growth. This is a senior customer-facing role responsible for driving renewal and expansion revenue with Boardable's highest value customers. 

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: The person in this role will report to me (Samantha), Director of Customer Success, and work closely with the Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to deliver a seamless, positive experience throughout the entire customer life cycle.
