JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager
LOCATION: DFW, NYC or any Major City in the US- Remote ( sorry, no relocation packages or remote work from other countries at this time)

In this role, you'll own and manage customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and communicating the value of our product to drive deeper, more robust engagement. You will apply your understanding of cyber security and of our products, services, and best practices to proactively provide support and guidance to our customers. Duties for the Customer Success Manager will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, ensuring adoption, and minimizing churn. You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience by collaborating with support, product and professional services. The best candidate for this position is a CSM who thrives on being an advisor and steers away from becoming an escalation manager.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Effie) am the Global Head of Customer Success at Illusive Networks. You will be joining a team of other US and EU based CSMs.
