JOB TITLE: Online Community Manager


The Online Community Manager will be responsible for managing Higher Logic's client user group community, HUG. HUG is a critical part to helping our customers achieve their business outcomes and serves as a conduit to education, knowledge, and resources.  
This role is part of our Customer Experience organization, driving customer retention. It will be an opportunity to implement proven community practices but still leave room for testing and refinement.  
You will serve as the face of the organization to our clients and develop strong relationships with clients – serving as a critical piece of the customer experience. The community manager will have the unique opportunity to be at the forefront of new product features and functionality, working to develop best practices as these are rolled out. 

 JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: This role reports to the Director of CX & EDU (Me) and serves alongside our Education and Knowledge teams.

  • This role has the ability to impact retention and work closely with our CX teams (implementation, support, CS, education, services, etc.)
  • You'll work closely on building digital programs and engagement strategies with all of our customers
