JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager (Scale and Enterprise)
LOCATION: West Coast
JOB DESCRIPTION: Our Scale CSM will work our low touch segment, help build out plays and journeys to ensure all customers feel like they are getting attention and are important to us. Our Enterprise CSM will own about 30-40 West Coast accounts. This person needs to be comfortable working with different stakeholders across the organization, discussing integrations and how systems work holistically, and work internally with Professional Services, Product, Support, Etc.
