JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager
LOCATION: Austin, TX (preferred); open to talking to remote candidates (US based)
JOB DESCRIPTION: Our CSMs are true customer partners. They work hand in hand with them to build out a review strategy program and then work with them to take full advantage of the content and data this provides. We work with some of the largest, well known names and also support many of the newer start up companies out there.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Jennifer Griffin) am VP of Customer Success at TrustRadius. This role will report into my Director of CS.
