JOB TITLE: Product Manager Analyst 

LOCATION: Remote, east coast preferable 

JOB DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Chief Product and Strategy Officer, the Product Manager Analyst is a combination of a business analyst and product manager role.  The Product Manager Analyst is responsible for gathering, writing and prioritizing requirements, and will also work closely with development, sales, marketing, delivery and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.  The Product Manager Analyst job also includes ensuring all our products support the company's overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Perform competitive and market analysis
• Work with marketing, sales, delivery and support to document customer and prospect feedback
• Write and maintain detailed requirements documentation
• Work across internal teams to drive innovation for new features and capabilities
• Work with technical teams to translate customer needs into requirements for development
• Write, maintain and prioritize user stories that correlate with requirements documentation

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• Comfortable speaking with executives and key stakeholders
• A background in the health industry, preferably with experience in patient engagement
• Experience designing consumer focused mobile apps
• Experience writing detailed user specification documentation
• Working knowledge using Jira with agile methodologies
• 5-10 years of business analyst experience
• Bachelor's degree with advanced degree a plus
