JOB TITLE: Strategic Customer Success Manager
LOCATION: West Coast (remote), preferred for easy travel
JOB DESCRIPTION: A customer success manager that will be responsible for building strong customer relationships with executives, growing our business and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and supporting onboarding of new customers with consultations and best practices.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Tahima) am the Vice President of Customer Success at Pixlee, so this position would be one of my team members. We fit within the Go to Market team which reports to our Chief Operating Officer, Bryan Wargo. It is an exciting time to be working at Pixlee TurnTo as we recently merged with TurnTo which means we are working with customers to support their customer journey within their marketing stack.
WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN US: This is a great opportunity to manage Strategic accounts such as Deckers Brands (UGG, Hoka), Kimpton Hotels, Brooks Running, etc to help them shape their marketing initiatives. We're focused on driving outcomes and relationships with our customers. How do we do that? Through thought engagement programs that use community, marketing, events, and more.
ABOUT OUR COMPANY: Pixlee has been around since 2012, becoming a key player in the user-generated space. We recently merged with TurnTo a reviews provider. Pixlee TurnTo's goal is to become the premier platform for Customer-Powered Commerce by combining UGC, Ratings, and Reviews, and Influencer Marketing. The Pixlee product help brands leverage user-generated content from consumers, employees, influencers, etc in their marketing efforts; such as the website, email, in-store.
