JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager 


JOB DESCRIPTION: A customer success manager that will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and ensuring each customer wants to renew and grow. The ability to understanding each customer's goals and what the people at that customer are working on is vital.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Brian) am the Director of Customer Success, Carrier/Key Markets, so this position would be one of my team members. We fit within the Customer Experience Organization at Zywave, which is a key part of the larger strategy of creating Raving Fans!
