JOB TITLE: Sr. Manager of Delivery 


JOB DESCRIPTION: In our Customer Success Plans, we identify the core areas of organizational maturity, and both consult and deploy processes, technology, content, and ideas that will drive our clients forward to achieve the best outcomes for their customers and their business.  ESG's Senior Manager of Delivery will play a key role in making those programs successful, serving as both a people manager of our delivery teams and as a point of Executive oversight on client programs and projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a very fast growing and impactful team; you must be comfortable building processes as we go, rather than executing a previously defined structure.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I am the HR Manager at ESG.   This position would report to our Director of Delivery, Colby Bock.
