JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager
LOCATION: Remote – US
JOB DESCRIPTION: A customer success manager that will be responsible for supporting onboarding of new customers leveraging our best practices and processes laid out in our CS Playbook, building strong customer relationships with executives, advocating for our customers while helping them realize value and desired outcomes, and identifying potential cross-sell opportunities.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I'm the Director of Customer Success at Infolock, so this position would be one of my team members.
