JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION: Working on the Customer Success team you will be the primary contact of the customer relationship within your portfolio. You will address day-to-day questions, hold account reviews with key stakeholders, resolve escalation issues, and communicate customer needs internally to influence business priorities.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Nick) am the Customer Success Lead at WellBeam, so this position would be one of my team members. We fit within the Customer Success Organization at WellBeam, which reports to the CEO. It is an exciting time to be working at WellBeam as we are experiencing hyper growth, so I'm looking forward to adding more great team members!

Our core focus is improving patient outcomes by offering critical interfaces for doctors & surgeons to coordinate care with the medical providers taking care of their patients' post-discharge from hospital.
