JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager 


JOB DESCRIPTION: This role is responsible for managing the interaction between all stakeholder groups, Customer Success expectations and project success criteria. As a trusted advisor, you will use your expertise to assist our clients daily in maximizing all that Duetto products have to offer. Responsible for understanding customer requirements, managing implementation, and driving adoption by providing recommendations that align with specific business needs. The position requires a confident, goal-focused business manager who is a team player. 

As Duetto operates in the hospitality space, experience in reservations, operations, and revenue puts you at a significant advantage. In addition, we're also looking for CSMs with Spanish language abilities given the demand in the Spanish speaking world. 

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: This position would be one of my peers. In my capacity in training and process, I work very closely with the CSMs and have a set interest in seeing the right person hired into this role!
