JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager
LOCATION: Remote - UK & Spain / London/ Madrid
JOB DESCRIPTION: This role will sit within our UK Mid-Market/Enterprise teams, currently 6 people and rapidly scaling. You will be joining Pleo at an exciting time and be a part of a fun and talented team who are on a mission to craft an amazing customer experience. We are just getting started, this is your opportunity to play a key part in game changing company wide initiatives that set us apart from the competition.
You will manage day-to-day operations and long term business relationships with our mid-market customers. CSMs promote adoption of our products and services and positions Pleo to meet the current and future business requirements of our customers.
As a CSM, you will also play a critical role in managing customer escalations and proactively communicating upcoming product changes and enhancements. Cultivating key customers to advocates in the Pleo and Fintech community will evolve to be a big part of this role.
You will have excellent working relationships with other teams internally who will be active within your portfolio. Specifically, strong partnerships with the Growth Team, Commercial Operations, Customer Education, Marketing, and Product teams will be key to this role.
You'll be a constant advocate for your customers, looking out for them every step of the way.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I am the Regional Manager and responsible for the region. The role will report to me directly.
