JOB TITLE: Manager, Customer Success

LOCATION: New York, NY or Remote US

JOB DESCRIPTION:We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Manager of Customer Success to lead and scale a team of Customer Success Managers. It is a multi-faceted role in that it requires you to lead and direct your team's efforts, while also taking a people first approach in developing and mentoring team members.

This role will serve as a key member of the team, helping to set the strategy and plan for the future of Customer Success at Torii. Your team will be working directly with our customers, and you'll help develop an outstanding program in one of its most exciting phases. This is an amazing opportunity to help shape the Customer Success team.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Ross) am the Director of Customer Success at Torii so this position would be one of my team member. I report directly into the CEO so the CS team here is its own department. It is an exciting time for the team as we are scaling rapidly and we need a leader for our great CSM team.
