JOB TITLE: Customer Success Operations Lead

LOCATION: Remote, US-based 

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Customer Success Operations Lead will develop and own the business rhythm, processes, and reporting to provide operational support to the Customer Success Organization; developing data-driven insights to help drive a positive customer experience, revenue growth, and scalability. This role has a strong focus in supporting the Customer Success department in its mission to ensure that Bonusly customers are achieving their desired business outcomes with our technology and driving full customer adoption of Bonusly technologies and services.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: Hi! I'm Betty, the Director of Customer Success at Bonusly. You'll report directly to me and we'll be working closely together to ensure that our systems, processes, and tools help our team empower our customers and achieve their desired outcomes.
