JOB TITLE: Director of Customer Success
LOCATION: Remote, Denver, or San Francisco
JOB DESCRIPTION: Scale customer success at a fast growing, venture-backed company serving nonprofit customers. Help us go from 700 to 7,000 customers in the next few years.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: The position reports into me (VP). Windfall has a nonprofit customer vertical and a commercial one. This position would lead the nonprofit vertical.
