JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager (Americas)
LOCATION: Remote (Americas Time Zones)
JOB DESCRIPTION: A Customer Success Manager that will be responsible for building strong customer relationships with executives, growing our business and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and supporting onboarding of new customers with consultations and best practices.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I am the Head of Professional Services (Americas) at Keelvar, so this position would be one of my partners supporting clients across the Americas. We fit within Customer Success at Keelvar, which reports to our mutual VP of Customer Success.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in a project management, sourcing, procurement or tendering role, or with a strong knowledge and understanding of procurement processes and methods.
- Ideally a first experience as a B2B Customer Success or Account Manager.
- Experience working with large enterprise customers.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals.
- Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.
- Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights. Experience with Excel preferred.
