JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager 

LOCATION: Remote 

JOB DESCRIPTION: A customer success manager that will be responsible for building strong customer relationships with executives, growing our business and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and supporting with training and ongoing client discussions. 

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Laurie) am the VP of Customer Operations at ComplySci, a PE backed, well resourced B2B Saas company in the fintech/regtech space. The role is part of my customer success team and will be a part of a smaller pod of 5 people (one of which is a Director). The Customer Success team reports into the Chief Customer Officer. 

WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN US: I took over the team in Feb and have been building it out in resources and tools. We are at an exciting point in both the life of the company and group. ComplySci recently received a $120M growth investment by K1 Investment Management. ComplySci and the Success team are growing quickly and looking to add proactive individuals to the team.
