CS Operations Specialist - WatServ




JOB TITLE: Client Success Operations Specialist
LOCATION: Toronto, Ontario with considerations for Remote
JOB DESCRIPTION: WatServ is an IT solutions provider that helps clients digitally transform their business through cloud technologies and services. We are looking for a Client Success Operations Specialist. Reporting to the VP, Client Success and as a member of this customer-centric professionals team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of our client systems (Microsoft D365, Gainsight) and driving efficiency of our internal tools and processes. The ideal candidate brings experience with system administration (Microsoft Dynamics D365), strong analytical capabilities, and the passion for configuring systems and data to support our client management processes. Experience with Gainsight implementation and roll-out is a plus.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: The role will report to myself (VP Client Success) and will work closely and regularly with the Client Success team, Operations, Service Management, Sales, Finance, Marketing and Product Management.
