Manager of Customer Success Team
JOB TITLE: Client success Team Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION: The CS Team Manager is responsible for leading a team of Client Success Managers and Client Success Associates based out of our Chicago HQ office and remote offices across the country. Maintaining team comradery in today's hybrid In-Office / WFH / Remote environment is key. Performance management, coaching and mentorship are your top priorities, empowering and motivating execution from your direct reports.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I am the director or Renewals and Expansion. The Manager of this team would report to the Director of Client Success however I meet with the CS team muliple times per week for renewal/deal review, and will be an active participant in the hiring process for this position.
