JOB TITLE: Customer Success Program Manager

LOCATION: Remote (US Only)

JOB DESCRIPTION: ESG is looking for a Program Manager with VoC / NPS / CSAT experience.  The Program Manager is a critical role for our customers to achieve their organizational and programmatic goals, at the very center of our programs and customer relationships.  

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I am the HR Manager at ESG.   This position would report to our Senior Director of Marketing and Services, Marley Wagner.
