JOB TITLE: Partner Success Operations Associate

LOCATION: Remote (US only, except LA and CO) FreeWill is a remote-first company with one office in NYC. 

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Partner Success team supports our nonprofit partners in their fundraising efforts. The PS operations team develops and continuously improves processes to support the PS team in their work. This role will work across the team to support automated ChurnZero workflows, look for opportunities to make processes smoother and more effective, and improve the experience for our partners. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in operations or partner / customer success operations and is a collaborative, fun, and supportive team environment.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I am the PS Operations Manager, and this role reports directly to me. The PS Ops team collaborates cross-functionally within the team, and with the Revenue Operations and Product teams.

In summer of 2018, we had 5 employees, and we're about to hit 100.
