JOB TITLE: Customer Success Operations Manager

LOCATION: Remote (US Only)

JOB DESCRIPTION: ESG is looking for an Operations Manager. The Customer Success Operations Manager will focus on the operational elements of our customer success programs, including processes, data, technology, and metrics.  

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I am the HR Manager at ESG.   This position would report to our Director of Delivery, Colby Bock.
