JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager 

LOCATION: Need to be willing and able to relocate to the Washington DC area in 2022

JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving product adoption and building Trusted Advisor relationships with your customers. You will be expected to manage a portfolio of 10–15 high value accounts and meet or exceed revenue retention and expansion targets for your account portfolio.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Amanda) am the Director of Account Management at Quorum. You would report to one of the three wonderful managers on my team who report to me!
