JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager 

LOCATION: Remote 

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a customer centric, motivated and positive Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success Management team. As a Rocket Customer Success Manager, you work cross functionally to engage and optimize our customer interactions and assisting our customers to meet their goals and objectives. You will play a crucial role in engaging with our customers to ensure they are getting the maximum value from their Rocket investments, tracking successes and regularly reviewing their business needs.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU:  This will be a role on our Customer Success Management team and will report into myself.  We have a growing team that is continuing to evolve and change and we are looking for the next person to help us to do so.
