CSM for NYC Software Company - hybrid role

JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager
LOCATION: NYC Metro
JOB DESCRIPTION: The CSM II role is a mid-level Customer Success position within our organization. You will manage a book of business of approximately $2.5-$3M annual revenue. Our primary product offerings are:- NYC compliance monitoring
- NYC Annual Safety mailings
- InCheck, our national inspection and building property operations software
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I am the VP of Customer Success at SiteCompli; this role is an opening on my team, which encompasses Support, Implementation and Customer Success. We have a fun, tight-knit group; this is an important role with room for growth within our organization.
