JOB TITLE: Customer Onboarding Specialist 

LOCATION: Auckland, NZ 

JOB DESCRIPTION: A customer onboarding specialist that will be responsible for building strong customer relationships with new customers, join Support team to help with re-active work for new clients, work with CS to design new workflows and tools to automate onboarding, and putting analysis into customer's current processes and seamlessly transitioning them to their paperless solution. 

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Sophie) am the Customer Success Manager at Comply Pro, so this position would be one of my team members. We fit within the Customer Success Team at Comply Pro which reports directly to me. Comply Pro is growing rapidly, so it's a great time to join the team!
