JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager (posting is for level II but we are open to a level I as well)

LOCATION: Charlotte, NC (but remote is an option for the right candidate)

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Customer Success Manager is a highly strategic role that is responsible for engaging with our customers and acting as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of customers. In this role you will be tasked with building strong partnerships, driving adoption of our products/solutions and ensuring our customers realize value from their investment. Customer Success Managers focus on helping our Buyer customers achieve their desired outcomes, thereby improving retention and buyer revenue growth across the customer lifecycle. 

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Anna) am the Director of Customer Success at AvidXchange, so this position would be one of my team members. We report to Heather Caudill under the Relationship Management umbrella. We have a team of about 17 CSMs total, and are still very much mid-evolution with our CS team!
