JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager 

LOCATION: Remote 

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Customer Success Manager is responsible for driving product adoption, maximizing value, and the overall success of clients using our proprietary technology and strategies. Our CS Managers possess a sense of autonomy, ownership of their clients' success, and are dedicated to helping every client realize their value with a Curaytor partnership.  In this role, you will gain experience in both customer success and digital marketing to grow your career.  You'll become an expert at driving customer advocacy, building lasting relationships, and illustrating value to customers to ensure the highest degree of retention, adoption & expansion. 

  • Trusted Advisor and Advocate - Engage 75-100 clients with regular strategy calls and live group coaching to derive maximum value from their investment
  • Executive Business Reviews - Review the results of the previous 180 days with clients and monitor customer health and customer loyalty to mitigate churn risk
  • Collaboration - Partner with the Onboarding team to ensure early adoption and repeated success and the Support team to resolve customer inquiries and escalations
  • Bachelor's Degree required with a focus in business or marketing preferred
  • 2+ years of experience as a CSM for a marketing or software company
  • Passionate about customer success and delivering an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint
  • Can invest in relationships with clients and be their strongest advocate
  • Solve complex and time-sensitive problems and embrace challenges
  • Commit to become more of a marketing expert every day
  • Contribute to a positive team environment 
  • Strong and professional communicator
  • Proficient using G-Suite products
  • Facebook Blueprint Certified and Google Ads Certified preferred 
  • Experience working with CRM and Customer Success software; HubSpot highly preferred
