TITLE: Relationship Manager (Client Success Partner)
LOCATION: Remote
JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Relationship Manager / Client Success Partner, you will be the main partner for the successful delivery of StandOut technology, coaching, and consulting. You will lead a portfolio of clients by fostering relationships, driving user adoption, developing strategic outcomes, and retaining and growing clients. You care about your clients and are attentive to their needs, always searching for new ways to make their experience the best it can be.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Brett) am the Sr. Manager of Client Success at TMBC/ADC, so this position would report to me. My team works with smaller clients (999 and less) with both a model with personal relationships, as well as shared support approach (depending on the size of the client). I am a supportive and caring manager, and look forward to helping you grow and support our clients!
