JOB TITLE: Enterprise Customer Success Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION: Key areas of focus for this role:
- Drive business value to a variety of stakeholders from leadership to individual contributors.
- Navigate complex organizational structures to establish relationships and influence stakeholders
- Ensure adoption of Logikcull's product line by monitoring trends and executing on playbooks
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities and engaging with sales to close
- Drive renewal process
- Develop a deep understanding of Logikcull's technology and eDiscovery to help create best practices.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I'm the VP of Customer Success at Logikcull and this position would be one of my team members. CS is growing quickly with a team currently of 7 CSM's and many new opportunities coming in 2022.
