JOB TITLE: Enterprise Customer Success Manager 

LOCATION:  Remote 

JOB DESCRIPTION: Key areas of focus for this role:

  • Drive business value to a variety of stakeholders from leadership to individual contributors. 
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to establish relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Ensure adoption of Logikcull's product line by monitoring trends and executing on playbooks
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities and engaging with sales to close
  • Drive renewal process 
  • Develop a deep understanding of Logikcull's technology and eDiscovery to help create best practices.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I'm the VP of Customer Success at Logikcull and this position would be one of my team members. CS is growing quickly with a team currently of 7 CSM's and many new opportunities coming in 2022.
