JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager - GovOS
LOCATION: Remote (Preferred near Durango, CO or Austin, TX)
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Customer Success team is responsible for the relationship between GovOS and our customers. A customer success manager is responsible for engaging with our customers to drive adoption and demonstrate ongoing value to ensure high customer retention, managing customer renewals and for growing our business by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities,
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I am the Sr. Vice President of Customer Success at GovOS. This position will report to our Manager of Customer Success who reports to me.
