JOB TITLE: Customer Success Operations Specialist

LOCATION: Remote (US)

JOB DESCRIPTION:


We are looking for a precise,  structured, and  collaborative colleague  to join our Revenue Operations team as a Customer Success Operations Specialist.


In this role you will build Customer Success workflows, processes, and reporting to support the Customer Success team as they work to expand, retain and support our customer base. You will focus on the organization and administration of our Customer Success Management Software: ChurnZero.


Red Canary is growing rapidly and you will be instrumental in ensuring that we maintain the highest quality standards while we scale.  If you excel at building segments, plays, and journeys that allow Customer Success Managers to scale to meet the demands of growth, we want to hear from you.
