JOB TITLE: Manager, Customer Success
JOB DESCRIPTION:You will be joining Zywave's dynamic Customer Success team and managing a team of Customer Success Managers for Zywave's customers. In this role your team will be tasked with helping customers realize business value through adoption of Zywave products and services. You will be responsible for your teams' ability to drive product adoption, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy within their books of business.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: This role will manage the Customer Success Managers for the Large Market segment. Zywave is currently experience tremendous growth and is the #1 Suite of Insurance Agency Software. It is an exciting time to join Zywave and we look forward to adding a few more great team members to Team Z!
